There was a kitchen pipe that burst leading to the flooding of my apartment while I away. Although the property management team took steps to air dry the apartment I was not notified. Walking in just before 1am to find things that were removed from the cabinet strewn across the floor and the sink piled up with the things that were exposed to the water damage and a hole in the wall. Needless to say I was overwhelmed and very upset and had the daunting task of disposing of the removed wall debris and other rugs. In the morning I called around to see if anyone could support but on such short notice no one was available. I could not move the stove and other items that had been moved nor did I have the capacity alone. When I got through and explained the situation, I received empathy and could tell help would be on the way. At the next availability plus a lot of last minute rescheduling, a team of 2 arrived promptly and began the task of cleaning up. They were very polite, asked for clarification and direction to ensure my priorities were met. They asked me to review completed sections to see if it was up to my satisfaction. Very professional. Thank you so much for running around and making it possible in this emergency situation!

We have been using Brihlo Luxury Home Services for the past 4 years for our post renovation cleaning.
We are very happy with the services. The staff is polite and respectful, and the cleaning is very good.
When issues arise, Luciano is responsive and quick to rectify it.

The quality of Brilho's services is excellent. The staffs are flexible, friendly, dependable and care about their clients. They always ask if there is anything else they can address that may have been missed. But happen that I notice some missing spots later. I contact the office team right away and they schedule a return day at an impressive time and suitable to my schedule. In addition, they are very professional as they show up when scheduled and get the job done in the amount of time that has been agreed upon. 100% would recommend!

Brilho Luxury cleaners could be the most valuable company I have been lucky enough to encounter. Luciano and his team work wonders on any task that you are looking for assistance with.
They assisted us with packing, unpacking, organizing, deep cleaning, staging and they even organized for volunteers to come and pick up donations for us!
I really can’t rave enough about this company and the extent of services they provide. Thank you for taking such a weight off our shoulders. Highly recommend them, you’d be in great hands with this team!

Our new house is cleaned regularly but major decorating work and old construction dust in the ducts called for a deep clean. Luciano was very responsive and his team of three came within days. They worked unbelievably hard for a full day and our home came out fresher and cleaner in every way. Baseboards, walls, glass, cabinets, counters, closets, appliances...even dusty fan grills were made spotless. They missed nothing! We are extremely pleased with the quality and detail of their work. We'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Our house is only 1.5 years old and recently designer-decorated. While tidy and regularly cleaned, it needed a deep clean owing to construction dust and all the traffic in the house. Luciano scheduled the job and sent in three people who put in a solid 8-hour day or hard work. Our home is gleaming and fresh from basement to top floor. Every surface, baseboards, walls, carpets, closets. fan covers, cabinets, appliances...you name it and they cleaned it. We are 110% satisfied and would recommend Brilho to anyone.
